PRODUCTION PROCESS

For optimum printing results, the color density is measured.

The drawings are compared and rejected if they do not meet the requirements.

Once the drawing has been checked to ensure that it matches the original, each drawing is die-cut by laser.

The drawings are glued with three dots of special glue to the pages of the book.

Due to its dimensions, the book’s interior is sewn by hand with cotton thread.

A cotton cloth that reproduces the canvas serves as the basis for the six-color printing of the book cover.

Each piece of printed cloth is cut to the size of the book for binding.

It is bound, by hand, with counter-glued cardboard, a layer of foam and cloth.

The 2.5 cm thick methacrylate has a degree of transparency of 98%.

The artist’s signature is engraved on the front plate, which stands out against the blue background of the cover.

The iron with which the two methacrylate plates are joined undergoes an oxidation process.

To maintain transparency, the plates are glued together. Magnets are used to attach the removable side.
